Braille font labeling

At 11 of May 2010 the Parliament of Ukraine has adopted amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On medicines” regarding package labeling with Braille font. Thus resulted second part of Article 12 will be as follows:

“On the outer package of medicinal products additionally with Braille font should be presented name of medicinal product, dosage of the active substance and medicinal form. Ministry of Health defines medicinal products that should not be labeled with Braille font or only the name of medicinal product should be labeled with Braille”.

Ministry of Health should make all other legal document compliant to the text of those amendments within 3 months.
